DISCLAIMER

By booking and/or participating in a sailboat tour operated by Bliss Time Yachts & Boats Rental LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Sailing and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to changing weather, movement of the boat, slips or falls, seasickness, and other unforeseen circumstances. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Liability Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Bliss Time Yachts & Boats Rental LLC, its owners, crew, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may arise from your participation in the sailboat tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Health & Safety

You affirm that you are physically able to participate in the tour.
You agree to follow all safety instructions given by the crew and to wear safety equipment when instructed.
Bliss Time Yachts & Boats Rental LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for participation.
Footwear must be removed before boarding our yachts. We recommend comfortable clothing.
No animals or pets of any sort may be taken on board.
Children are the responsibility of the parents and must not disturb the crew, fully adhering to the instructions given by the captain.

4. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your own belongings. Bliss Time Yachts & Boats Rental LLC is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

5. Documentation

All guests are required by law to provide ID (Passport, National ID or Driving License) for obtaining of Sailing Permit from the marina.

6. Number of guests.

Final numbers for guests must be confirmed 24 hours before the tour and may not be exceeded on the day.
Maximum boat capacity is 8 guests.
Child of any ages count as 1 guest.

7. Booking and confirmation.

All tours are considered booked after advance payment of 50% of the final tour cost.

8. Cancellation and refunds

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made.
In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on us.
Cancellations will only occur due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure, coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the tour.
Monies paid shall be refunded in full to the client.
Client can request a tour rescheduling not less than 48 tours before the start of the tour. New timing will be suggested by Bliss Time Yachts & Boats Rental LLC based on the availability.
Client's cancellation will result in advance retention by Bliss Time Yachts & Boats Rental LLC.

9. Timing

Tour will start strictly at the mentioned time.
You are advised to reach starting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
If you are late for Group Tour, there is no waiting time due to the rights of other participants.
If you are late for Private Tour, we will start upon your arrival, however we will finish the tour on the booked time and no extension will be made.

10. Acknowledgment

By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and disclaimer. If booking on behalf of others (including minors), you accept these terms on their behalf.
